Dragon Wire wrapped and chainmail Bracelet
Dragon Wire wrapped and chainmail Bracelet Wire wrapped and chainmail unique bracelet.

I create each dragon (or fire lizard, if you're a Pern fan, as I am) using wire wrapping techniques for the head and mane, and linking over 300 rings, one by one, to create the long, sinuous body.

To wrap around your wrist, the dragons lower facial whiskers are fashioned as 'S hooks' that when it's head is reared, can be hooked down through the side rings of the body, ideally capturing two. Lower it's head, as it settles securely on your wrist. Rear its head again in the reverse motion, and it slips off~

A regular 'S' hook is attached to the tail end of the dragon, which is used to secure the tail to ideally a central back ring of it's body. This makes my dragons adjustable to any size wrist. and incredibly comfortable!

Each dragon is unique and has its own personality.

This one possesses a glass Czech Pearl as its skull, and Swarovski crystals for it's eyes. The rings are gun metal and silver enameled copper.

Its body is made of over 325 - 18g enameled copper jump rings. Head and tail are shaped out of 18g and 26g colored copper wires. The dragon measures about 12 inches from snout to hook, and weighs 2.5 oz.
