This is a 15ct Flawless Lemon Quartz. It is set using a style I came up with spinning through the cosmos at a Dead show. After trying to get it it perfect, I finally made one I am happy with. The frame around the stone is heavy gague wire sodered in a oval. I banged it flat with a chasing hammer, drilled holes, and wrapped the stone in with the natural geometric design the holes build when wire passes through them. The setting is surrounded with a simple weave to hold it in place and secure it to the bail. Pretty badass huh? Peace and Love --KILLER--

Heres a bunch of old stuff I made that proves practice makes perfect. Not that my wraps are perfect now, but they have progressed....I put these up for all who may be discouraged with their first few wraps. Keep up the hard work and your style will improve. Some of these are o.k. but some I think will eventually be taken apart so I can save the stones from a life of embarressment.The only advice I give when asked how to wrap is PATIENCE!!! and if it is not 100% perfect...take it apart and fix it!Peace--Killer

This piece is one of my personal favorites. I will miss it when its gone! The front has an orange fire opal, a bi color tourmaline (green and pink), Rogerly fluorite, and a bezel set faceted ruby.
