This is an example of some of my ornate bezel work ... I love the colors in this piece. The stone is Moukaite, a personal favorite. The bezel is encrusted with tiny faceted brandy colored tourmalines with the uppermost being captured in a delicate herringbone wrap.

Creating artful jewelry is my passion. I enjoy working with wire. I've taken metal-smithing classes but wire wrap remains my first love. The process of making jewelry is almost like alchemy to me - transforming a pile of beads and wire into something wonderful and pleasing to the eye.
