Guamanian Lunar Amulet ...A commisioned piece for a good friend whom was drawn to another piece like this with the crescent moon shape. His ancestry comes from the island of Guam where in past ages the chiefs wore large crescent moons around their neck made of shell. Intuitively his relations were still present within him and working through him. The lunar sliver was the embodyment of health and abundance. The same properties which he sought after in this piece...
