Sarah Lewis was born and raised in upstate New York. She has been working with borosilicate glass since 2000. Sarah started learning lampworking at the Museum Glass Works in Ballston Spa, NY, attended several lampworking workshops and has learned techniques from friends over the years. While living in Arizona, Sarah started learning metalworking and the lapidary arts and combining these disciplines with her glasswork. She is currently attending the Savannah College of Art and Design for metals and jewelry and product design. Sarah draws most of her inspiration from nature and is very passionate about her work.
