Ode to Shakedown

Ode to Shakedown

Posted by RamStarJewelry on 2/8/2007
This is a piece that manifested it's self last summer. When I got the aquamarine that is on the back side the color immediately made me think of the dancing skeleton!!! It wasn't until the last two weeks that I sat down and made it happen. I am very happy with the way this piece ended, when I started it I had no idea the rock was going to fold out on a hinge, it just turned out being the only way to set such amazing stone while still being able to remove it from the piece!!! I also made the chain to match the pendant, the chain has four tourmaline spinners on each side. The entire piece with the chain has 13 stones, GDF!!! Im sorry to say that it is already sold, but if this sparks any ideas that you wish to manifest get ahold of me and I would love to collaborate and come up with some new ideas !!!!
