Smallest and possibly most intricate double sided gold wrap I've ever seen. See the picture beside the quarter. Spinels are set all the way through the bail and there is one pointing upwards directly on top. The emeralds were set at angles imitating a cluster of crystals...

Don't usually put customs up here but it's been quite a while so I've posted anything new. This is a custom for Zach, who gave me a certain theme and a little guidance with this piece.
Recently I've finished some custom wedding rings/pendants/more rings/etc. I've got several more customs in the works. If you're interested in getting a wrap anytime before the end of the year I'd advise you to get ahold of me as soon as you can. I'm headed off on a hiking trip so I won't have access to email for 10 days, so I may be slow to reply until then. When I get back I'll be working fulltime on those customs and Christmas orders.

something I've been envisioning for a while, decided to take a break form the custom work I've been doing and put this one together. It contains a "Paraiba" tourmaline crystal (NOT original Paraiba from Batalha, but a nearby mine which is producing similar cuprian bearing elbaite), Tanzanite facet, Emerald crystal (Chivor, Colombia), Demantoid Garnet (x3, Turkey). It is made with 22k Red Gold, 18k Yellow gold and Sterling/Fine Silver

First all metalwork piece, it isn't completely finished, needs a little touch up here and there and a final polish but it'll do for now! Star Sapphire from Sri Lanka, the pin on the back is a tie tac (like the micro9). This pin is also the exact same size as the micro9s, probably a bit smaller even. 17ct (3.4g) natural Tanzanite crystal, Tsavorite Garnet (both from the Merelani Mine, Tanzania), Indicolite Tourmaline(Stak Nala, Pakistan), 1.5mm faceted orange Sapphire (Sri Lanka), 1.5mm faceted Tanzanite (Tanzania).
The 2 facets are the results of my 2nd and 3rd time ever firing up my torch. The 1st time I soldered a simple ring band to test whether or not I had a clue what I was doing. All soldering experiments were done yesterday morning.

sort of a collab w/ heath currie again. this is something heath made in school. trying out a new technique, i forget exactly what it's called. it involves alot of heat, hammering and time i believe....really happy with what I've come up with this week. looking forward to my next 2 days off work!

Started work on this as soon as I got home from minnesota, all the positive energy my work received that weekend has motivated me like nothing else. much love to everyone i met and hopefully i'll see you sooner than later! ;)
the thought of a little sound tribe coming up influeneced the shape and flow of this one, can you tell? ;)
contains a pear shaped moldavite facet, spinel and spessartine garnet and a little bit of gold filled wire here and there.

decided to test myself a little. nested in the center:etched spessartite garnet, emerald crystal (muzo), spessartine garnet. along the outside: 2 spinels, 2 sapphire facets in the middle.
This is a pin, hat pin, whatever you'd like it to be.

0.70 carat tanzanite facet, gemmy green vesuvianite (quebec), herkimer (little falls, ny), spessartine garnet.
came together really well, hope ya'll like it. this is one direction I'll be heading in the near future.

Blue/green tourmaline, spinel, spessartine garnet, emerald crystal, 0.67 carat oval cut sapphire facet.
I've had this idea in my head for some time, pretty damn happy with how it turned out. Spent ALOT of time on the lines(lines, lines, lines, shape). 14kt gold and silver.
Sorry about the poor quality photos, the sun is setting so this is the best I could do, I'll take better ones soon! Hopefully those last few give you an idea of how vibrant the crystals are.
